First off I disagree with you 110% if we let them attack us and do nothing. it shows a week pathetic team and a easy farming clan. we are in this clan for a reason, which is to work together and stop us from being farmed. there should be a war minister to deal with the said intrusions on our clans honor and integrity. one to eleve lots of problems from the leader.

2nd we must divide the team in areas of def offence tech and farmers, if we all work as one team we will all win, have honor and Recognition making us a very prominent team to be reckoned with.

I speak from experience from running other teams, the officers are what make the team what it is, our loyal soldiers are to be the hart and soul of the power this team has. I myself think we can make this team the best in this system and next round if we start off with the training we can use now; we will be the top or 1 of the best next round.

and plz don’t question my experience I am what I say I lead over 400 people in dif games. I’m willing to help you all out but you have to be truly receptive if you want to be with the top clans.

I can work with the existing war-minister if there is not one ill be glad to lobby to be the war minister for the team, this means all attacks are reported to the war minister and he deals with them diplomatically or by killing the attacker if they disregard a treaty, NAP or any other agreements made with the teams or clans. We can have scouts look for prospective targets for the killers and farmers.
look all I can say is this team has lots of potential and I can help make this defective killing machine into a kick ass killing team were everyone will fear us and be so scared to touch us we will be safe to build without interruptions. BUT at the start we will all have to sacrifice some time for molding the team 1 for all of us and all for the 1 of us.

It has nothing to do with being violent, its part of the game I propose to put some commanders in the ranks to HELP you sir.

What happens when you’re not on? We have no one to work out issues or questions.
What happens if you become sick? We have to wait for you to get better to handle issues that arise...
I am just asking to be able to help you, and then you make it seem no one is capable to help our Glorious Leader and take some of the duties in hand and deal with them.

I am interested in seeing the rankings you have so that we can see were your going with this. With so many members we should be in the top 10 alliances by now and we should have already built alliances and have they posted on the forum or Ogame alliance page.

You say we can question your rulings but you don’t even discuss the issues you just over rule everything. I told you when you asked me to return ill are most active and I have been the most active member. Even more active than your self Mr. Leader.

Instead of trying to do everything delegates some duties. Like what is the point of having a team if no one works together no one interacts together. Some one can help you bring the team together. It is very admirable to try and do everything yourself sir but you can not do it all your self.

I guess im just to over bearing for you if you find me being a pain cause I am questioning you and trying to help the team that you keep refusing then plz remove me from the alliance. If you do not remove me plz keep in mined ill be a pain due to the concern I have for the whole team. I know of no other ranked members if there are any plz add me as a buddie so I can get involved with the team. As I see it now we have a clan tag but we are all indavidualy on our own. In my opinion that’s not the way teams work.

your lack of TRUST of us is rather disturbing do we have freedom of speech in this lonely team sir or will this be shot down too. If you find me to over Bering im sorry im just trying to again get involved and help. If you find this to be to much for me you can always kick me out and ill go on my own yet again for the 2nd time. You asked me to retuen and be part of the team but you don’t trust me and I think you find me to be rather helpful.we need to stop getting members and pull together the ones we have.

I have mixed feelings on this topic.

Here a couple of observations from an outsider (once an insider):

1. I think it's logistically difficult for an alliance as large as OFN13 to work together as a really effective unit. This is why I joined a smaller alliance. We're a tighter bunch of folks!

2. I agree that Org13 needs to decentralize his powers a bit within the alliance. Havoc, I nominate you for War Minister!!! (anyone second my vote).

3. This is a big one -- when someone attacks you, rather than just scream and whine about it, why not sit back and figure out WHY they attacked you in the first place. 99% of the time its because you were a juicy target. Congratulate the person that made the hit on you! Give them some props! (believe it or not.. I made quite a few friends this way! there's quite a few folks to whom I just have to say "well played!".

4. Finally... realize the amount of effort it takes to go to war. It's easy to farm inactive players, or weaker players, or crappy players. It takes a LOT more work to actively attack people who actively play the game. In most case, you will not win.

5. Sorry to hear that the Z0r thing set you guys back, but I believe in the end it will make you stronger.

Thank you zor for your 2nd That’s what a war minister does keeps the peace tries to prevent stupid wars.

And unnecessary hits that can be corrected though communication with other clans and the people hitting you. You will find out by asking y their hitting you 90% of the time the other player will be glad to help and give you pointers on a way to prevent they way they attacked you. All my planets are name noobe or newbie in some way and it’s been tough. And out of all the hits I had my 1st bad response.

I still think we should vote on your ranking sys type it out and let us see if it would suit this team. And shouldn’t you have a private section for internal clan issues so no ones know what’s going on in here. If you need one ill be glad to supply you with on were you can control it your self.

May I suggest the following rankings for voting

1 Leader we know it is Organization13
2 Commander
3 Commander 2nd class
4 Commander 3rd class
5 Master sergeant
6 MS 2nd class
7 MS 3rd class
8 Sergeant
9 War minister
10 trainer
Private 1st class
Privates

considering the size of the clan having the extra top ranks will help the leader delegate more duties and allow him to deal with more pressing issues dealing with the whole team.
Who will volunteer to better this team and make it a team respected and honorable who will follow our leader and help him out, he brought us together for a reason.

Oh ya ....zor i agree 110% on your 3rd point those hits are a good lesson to learn from in this game and as for your #5 issue thats the organization are that we have to put together here. just for that reason for when a war come along even if we did not declare it.

like this were are sitting ducks and ripe for the pickings.

and im not being a jerk this alliance has a problem with people asking for alot of res. if you can manage to pull togeather a system that keeps track of people who are asking for res.; the reason for asking; and how often they do it....

if some1 wants res. they talk to you, you ask ppl to gather up and dispence res.

im not asking you to give your res to these ppl, but its welcome... i want you to organize a functional way to handle this so that when ppl ask the ones who really need it get it

i see all the time in circulars "first one to reply get ________ of _________ res.

not a problem set up a section for rec charity can it be a private area in the forums. this way you make the members sign up on the forums and use then if need res. ill keep track of the res available and have it sent out to the needy members.

Now who else is going to help out with the teamwork in the clan.
